Concord Eastridge, Inc. was founded in 2003. Concord Eastridge carries forth a legacy brought into being by the integration of two successful real estate companies, Concord Companies, LLC and The Eastridge Companies, LLC.

Concord Eastridge, Inc. was founded in 2003. Concord Eastridge carries forth a legacy brought into being by the integration of two successful real estate companies, Concord Companies, LLC and The Eastridge Companies, LLC. Concord Eastridge was created as a broad development platform that targets both geographic and product diversity. Concord Eastridge is a woman-owned business, led by a senior-level group of executives with over 200 years of collective experience.
This high-level concentration of development talent allows the organization to aggressively focus on bringing complex and transformative mixed-use projects from conceptualization to full realization. The Concord Eastridge organization was formed by founding partners Jeffery Arnold (Concord) and Susan Eastridge (Eastridge) whose legacy firms are the foundation upon which Concord Eastridge has been built.
The Eastridge Companies, LLC was founded in 1996 by Susan Eastridge and focused on the public/private development of educational facilities. With regional headquarters offices in Washington, DC and Phoenix, Arizona, serving the eastern and western United States respectively, the Company’s focus included public and private pre-K-12 and higher education projects throughout the country. Susan’s first entrepreneurial venture was established in 1990, ESI Corporation, a corporate real estate, and economic development advisory firm.
Concord Companies, LLC, was the successor firm to Concord Partners, LLC founded in 1995. Headed by Jeffery Arnold (a 40-year industry veteran), its primary focus was in the development of downtown Class A office, suburban Class A office, and mixed-use projects in the downtown and greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. Additionally, as a fee-based service provider, it performed development management and project management services for a variety of office and downtown mixed-use and urban infill projects for both a public and private sector clientele.

The leadership of The Eastridge Companies and Concord Companies united to form a new company with an expansive vision – to become the nation’s leader in innovative and transformative mixed-use and public/private development.
The expression “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” aptly describes the formation of Concord Eastridge and its legacy going into the future.
On October 15, 2014, Jeff Arnold, one of the founders and president of Concord Eastridge, passed away in Scottsdale, Arizona.
