Brian Oakley is Chief Operating Officer for Concord Eastridge. A financial executive, he directs the accounting and financial activities at both the corporate and project levels for the organization.
He is intricately involved in the day-to-day financial actions to determine long-term strategic growth.

Brian has more than 15 years of financial leadership within the commercial real estate industry. He works with the Executive team on “big picture” financial and business strategies to broaden the organization’s financial, operational and asset management value. Brian Oakley joined Concord Eastridge in 2005, as Director of Accounting, bringing with him over 24 years of industry experience as a financial executive, controller and financial analyst. He was promoted to Vice President – Accounting in 2008 and assumed his current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Oakley oversees and manages the treasury, accounting, and company operations for Concord Eastridge.
Before joining Concord Eastridge, Mr. Oakley held the position of Regional Controller for National Equipment Services (NES) in Chicago, Illinois. He was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of a $40M business unit. In addition to his day-to-day duties at NES, Mr. Oakley was part of a team that was responsible for the consolidation of three regional accounting offices into a single centralized company accounting division. Prior to NES, Mr. Oakley served as the Chief Financial Officer for Resort Golf Group, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based company, offering nationwide golf schools and vacation packages.
Mr. Oakley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.
