Maggie Hall

Project Coordinator
Maggie Hall is the Project Coordinator for the eastern regional headquarters of Concord Eastridge, Inc. in Falls Church, Virginia. She joined the company in 2011.

Maggie is the first point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders and clients. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and ensures the office staff can work productively and meet deadlines effectively. She is responsible for coordinating the development teams on all aspects of project milestones.

In her role as Project Coordinator, Maggie’s responsibilities include creating, distributing, and maintaining external and internal project materials and working directly with project stakeholders to identify project needs and requirements. Additionally, she assists with the company websites and corporate marketing materials; works closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects. Critical to day-by-day operations, Maggie plays a key role within each development team in the assembly, review and processing of monthly project pay applications with the company’s investors and lenders.

Detail-oriented, Maggie brings 11 years of real estate experience and is able to deliver results through fostering teamwork and operational efficiencies. She is currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
