Scott Ebert
Senior Project Director

As Senior Project Director for Concord Eastridge, Scott lends his extensive urban infill and sports facility expertise in architecture and real estate development, directing project oversight and management. He is responsible for the successful delivery of multi-phased, mixed-use development projects for the firm.

Scott joined Concord Eastridge in 2017, bringing more than 35 years of experience in architecture, project development, construction and operations. Utilizing his experience and expertise, Scott is involved in each step of the project development process, from concept development to pre-construction, to contract negotiation, through to completion of construction and operations.
Prior to his current position, he served as a principal at Future Cities, LLC, in a key role collaborating with developers and architects, and where he was lead architect for the then-named America West Arena.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Arizona State University. He is a registered architect in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. He holds a certificate from the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards.
